The best way to light for an office is good lamps in front but I'd put them at 45 degree angles so as not to produce too much light straight on, or a shadow that is noticeable by the camera. Also you need to get away from a window if it is behind you. I'd much rather see you facing the window, that is to say, take advantage of the natural light by having it be in front of you and behind the camera. does that make sense? Here's a neat back lighting trick, get a couple of can lamps you put on the floor and either stand them below camera level or tilt them so they are on the wall behind you. Play around with it til you get it the way you like. that's a pro effect that you can recreate inexpensively. Hope this helps, thanks for watching.
